48 hours to change the world.
100+ cities around the world will work simultaneously for only 48 hours (or less!) and prototype services inspired by a secret global theme.
No experience with Service Design? Great, you'll learn a lot!
No experience with changing the world? Great! You'll experience a whole new feeling!
Join the Antwerp Service Jam and be part of this year’s Global Service Jam, organized by service design enthusiasts around the world. Flex your creative problem-solving skills and work together to prototype and pitch a solution to a service challenge in just 48 hours.
If you want to experience the service design process hands-on with a diverse group of people, and learn or share design tools and techniques while tackling a global service challenge, join the jam. In small teams, we will take you from challenge to ideation, prototyping and pitching your solution, providing tips and tricks along the way, and feedback from a jury at the end.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Diversity breeds the best ideas, so basically anyone can join the jam! Students, professionals,… whether in the design field or not, you are welcome to participate, no prior experience in service design required. Just make sure to bring an open mind and a willingness to work together.
