“Congratulations – application approved!” is what we recently got in our mailbox from Eloise Smith-Foster, Chapter Manager of Service Design Network (SDN).
SDN is an international non-profit organisation that promotes Service Design because it passionately believes that Service Design is the key to future social and economical success. Their mission is to grow the market for Service Design – commercial and public – and enable opportunities for members to create better and more human services worldwide. Currently, SDN has 22 international chapters, around 900 professional members and more that 33.000 followers!
A short while ago, Peel joined forces with the Product Development department of the University of Antwerp and Knight Moves, another company active in Service Design. We all shared the impression that Service Design practices are rather fragmented and consequently not very notable in Belgium. Since there was no SDN chapter in Belgium yet, we decided to jointly prepare our application. And now, few weeks later, we received the go ahead!
What's in It for You?
Great! But what’s in it for you?
As a Peel customer:
As a service designer:
You can find our chapter on the Service Design Network, and join the community.
