Taking a small step back to make a big leap forward
Katoen Natie is an international logistics service provider and port operator, organised in specialised business units. To prepare a new company-wide communication strategy, they worked with Peel to organise and facilitate a series of design thinking workshops with the management teams of the business units to explore and reframe their market position and service propositions, starting from their ambitions, their environment and, most importantly, their customers. The Katoen Natie communication partner used the outcomes of the workshops for its proposals.
