Belgian banking and insurance specialist KBC worked with Peel to organise two-day service jams with the wealth management and health insurance divisions to explore innovation opportunities for its product portfolio from a customer perspective.

With a group of product managers and local branch managers, we worked in smaller teams to discover and develop new value propositions the participants pitched to division management at the end of the two days. “We were amazed by the amount and quality of new propositions our teams generated in such a short space of time.”
